Joe was a real gentleman to deal with. I got in touch with him regarding a query about selling my car to him because I was relocating abroad. He got back to me pretty quickly, and we had a nice chat about the offer. In the end, Joe gave me a fair price for the car. We agreed on the conditions, and he dealt with all the paperwork really efficiently and quickly. After the car was sold, he even gave me a few local recommendations to visit in the area. Recently purchased a car from Joe Harvey Motors. From the moment we met Joe he was a pleasure to deal with. Joe put our minds at ease and explained everything we needed to know in great detail. Joe was available at any time of the day to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a professional and caring car dealer. Joe’s cars are also in perfect condition and he will not let you have the car until it is thoroughly serviced. We were due to pick up the car over the weekend but Joe realised the timing belt needed to be replaced which he personally brought to the garage himself to get fixed for us at no extra cost to us. Joe should give lesson's in customers service. Found him amazing he could not do enought for us. Car is amazing delivered everying on time he promised us. Nothing was to much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from all in Grace and Harvey. I had an issue with my Eclipse. Joe lent me a car while it was dealt with. Dave made sure I was kept informed of progress. I am just so impressed and thankful at the care and attention I received. For me, the mark of a really good business is the After Sales service. Grace and Harvey is Customer Care at its best.

Joe provided an old school professional service where he genuinely cared about my requirements, he was a gentleman, I had thought this skill was lost in the sales industry. He listened and no question was left unanswered. It was refreshing to get this level of care and professional especially in the car industry where my past experience has been with pushy car sales people that only wanted sales.
