I saw an ad that caught my attention, texted the number, and Joe called me a few minutes after that. He was 100% available to answer my questions and was very cordial. We agreed to check the car the... following day and take it for a drive. I have to say both my partner and I were very pleased to meet Joe in person and were delighted with the attention and care he took to show us the car and explain to us all the details.Joe sold us a car in pristine shape for its age and I hope it will serve us well in the future. Rather than the business/commercial side of things, I'd like to emphasize Joe's kind and warm character that were apparent from interacting with him. I can't overemphasize this enough. Being from outside of Ireland, buying a car here was an unknown experience and we had had a pretty disappointing experience with a dealer elsewhere in Dublin, who treated us like he was doing us a favour while answering our questions. Joe was the kind of person we were hoping we could find but were almost certain didn't exist anymore. Anyway, I can't recommend him enough.
